MoSi2-B4C coatings with different B4C contents were prepared on Nb alloy by spark plasma sintering (SPS) process. Powder mixtures of Mo, Si and B4C were used as the coating starting materials. Besides MoSi2 and B4C phases, small amounts of SiC and MoB are also found in the coatings because of the reactions of Mo, Si and B4C powders during sintering. Compared with single MoSi2 coating, the MoSi2-B4C coatings show better oxidation resistance at 1450?℃, and dense B2O3-SiO2 oxide scales form after 100?h oxidation. The B4C or MoB in the MoSi2-B4C coatings can serve as the B donor for the formation of B2O3. A slight degradation in the microstructure of the MoSi2-B4C coatings after oxidation is observed, which can be attributed to the presence of an NbB layer in the inter-diffusion zone of the coatings that retards the inward diffusion of Si from the coating into the substrate alloy. The microstructure development and oxidation behavior of the MoSi2-B4C coatings have been discussed.  相似文献

采用乙二胺基乙磺酸钠(AAS)作为亲水剂,在二月桂酸二丁基锡(DBTDL)的催化下,通过异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)将亲水基引入二醋酸纤维(CA)分子中,制得了一种氨基磺酸盐型水性醋酸纤维乳液(SWCA)。利用FTIR、DLS、黏度计、TEM、SEM、接触角测量仪、XRD、TGA,对SWCA结构及涂膜性能进行表征。考察了IPDI与AAS物质的量比对SWCA乳液粒径、黏度、涂膜表观形貌及耐水性的影响。结果表明:当n(IPDI)∶n(AAS)=1.1∶1时,乳液最稳定,微观形态呈水包油型(O/W)核壳结构,乳液粒径和分散系数(PDI)最小,分别为128nm和0.112,此时乳液表观黏度最大,为73.5m Pa·s,所成涂膜致密平整,接触角可达110.2°±2°,表现出明显的疏水性;此外,与二醋酸纤维相比,SWCA涂膜结晶性减弱,呈微晶态或次晶态结构,且具有较好的耐热性。  相似文献

In order to effectively apply soybean meal for the preparation of water-resistant soybean-based adhesives for plywood, the effects of three typical soybean meal products, namely, low-temperature soybean meal (LM), high-temperature soybean meal (HM), and physical soybean meal (PM), on the properties of soybean-based adhesive were investigated. The results indicated that the number of reactive groups in the three soybean meals followed the order LM > HM > PM, which in turn led to various crosslinking densities when these soybean meals were crosslinked by epichlorohydrin-modified polyamide (EMPA) during the curing process. The LM soybean adhesive had 6.6% higher soaking bond strength and 16.5% higher boiling-dry-boiling bond strength than the HM soybean adhesive, and 19% higher soaking bond strength and 33% higher boiling-dry-boiling bond strength than the PM soybean adhesive, respectively. These three soybean meals could be used to prepare soybean adhesives for interior-use plywood because all plywood panels bonded with their adhesives passed a water-soaking test at 63 °C for 3 h, but only the LM soybean adhesive achieved the desired water resistance for floor-base plywood. Among the three evaluated soybean meals, LM was the most promising raw material for the preparation of soybean-based adhesive because of a greater number of reactive groups, higher crosslinking density, and superior bond strength. Plywood panel bonded with HM soybean adhesive had a water resistance lower than, but very close to, the standard required value (>0.8 MPa) for floor-base plywood.  相似文献

采用真空雾化的方法制备了Ta含量为0、2%及5%的NiCoCrAlYTa合金粉末,利用超音速火焰喷涂制备了三种涂层,研究了Ta对合金粉末微观组织及物相的影响,绘制了1050℃条件下涂层的高温氧化动力学曲线,研究了500h氧化试验后涂层组织和β相的分布,初步探讨了Ta元素对改善涂层抗氧化性能的作用机理。研究结果表明:Ta通过提高MCrAlY体系抗氧化元素的溶质浓度,促进了氧化膜的形成,随着Ta含量的增加,涂层的内氧化程度降低,涂层抗氧化性能提高。但含Ta涂层在长时间氧化条件下会生成CrTaO_4、AlTaO_4等尖晶石类氧化物,且Ta的氧化物PBR值较大,对涂层的抗热震性能不利。  相似文献

Ti-based amorphous metallic glasses have excellent mechanical, physical, and chemical properties, which is an important development direction and research hotspot of metal composite reinforcement. As a stable, simple, efficient, and large-scale preparation technology of metallic powders, the gas atomization process provides an effective way of preparing amorphous metallic glasses. In this study, the controllable fabrication of a Ti-based amorphous powder, with high efficiency, has been realized by using gas atomization. The scanning electron microscope, energy-dispersive spectrometer, and X-ray diffraction are used to analyze surface morphology, element distribution, and phase structure, respectively. A microhardness tester is used to measure the mechanical property. An electrochemical workstation is used to characterize corrosion behavior. The results show that as-prepared microparticles are more uniform and exhibit good amorphous characteristics. The mechanical test shows that the hardness of amorphous powder is significantly increased as compared with that before preparation, which has the prospect of being an important part of engineering reinforced materials. Further electrochemical measurement shows that the corrosion resistance of the as-prepared sample is also significantly improved. This study has laid a solid foundation for expanding applications of Ti-based metallic glasses, especially in heavy-duty and corrosive domains.  相似文献

Thin and lightweight organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) are promising candidates for next-generation rollable displays; they offer numerous advantages, such as scalable manufacturing, high color contrast ratio, flexibility, and wide viewing angle. Despite the numerous merits of OLEDs, the insufficient lifetime and stability of blue OLEDs remain unresolved, thereby necessitating a feedback strategy for lifetime extension. Herein, we propose a simple yet effective methodology to determine the contact resistance (RCT) and characteristic trap energy (ET) of OLEDs simultaneously in the trapped-charge-limited-conduction regime, where electroluminescence occurs primarily. To validate our approach, the extracted RCT and ET values are directly compared with each other by connecting a commercial resistor (RC) to a blue OLED in series. The percent errors discovered in RC and ET are less than 7% and 4%, demonstrating the high feasibility and accuracy of our approach. We further employ this method to study the degradation mechanism of a blue OLED by presenting the electrical stress time- and cycle-dependent RCT, ET, ideality factor, and turn-on voltage, revealing different degradation patterns of the metal-to-transport layer interface and emission layer, respectively. Our results provide better insights into the electrical parameter extraction method and electrical current degradation mechanism in blue OLEDs.  相似文献

Poly(2-oxazoline)s have excellent biocompatibility and have been used as FDA-approved indirect food additives. The inert property of the hydrophilic poly(2-oxazoline)s suggests them as promising substitutes for poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) in various applications such as anti-biofouling agents. It was recently reported that poly(2-oxazoline)s themselves have antimicrobial properties as synthetic mimics of host defense peptides. These studies revealed the bioactive properties of poly(2-oxazoline)s as a new class of functional peptide mimics, by mimicking host defense peptides to display potent and selective antimicrobial activities against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus both in vitro and in vivo, without concerns about antimicrobial resistance. The high structural diversity, facile synthesis, and potent and tunable antimicrobial properties underscore the great potential of poly(2-oxazoline)s as a class of novel antimicrobial agents in dealing with drug-resistant microbial infections and antimicrobial resistance.  相似文献

In the context of the high-level radioactive waste disposal CIGEO, the corrosion rate due to microbially influenced corrosion (MIC) has to be evaluated. In France, it is envisaged to dispose of high- and intermediate-level long-lived radioactive waste at a depth of 500 m in a deep geological disposal, drilled in the Callovo-Oxfordian claystone (Cox) formation. To do so, a carbon steel casing will be inserted inside disposal cells, which are horizontal tunnels drilled in the Cox. A specific cement grout will be injected between the carbon steel casing and the claystone. A study was conducted to evaluate the possibility of MIC on carbon steel in the foreseeable high radioactive waste disposal. The corrosiveness of various environments was investigated at 50°C and 80°C with or without microorganisms enriched from samples of Andra's underground research laboratory. The monitoring of corrosion during the experiments was ensured using gravimetric method and real-time corrosion monitoring using sensors based on the measurements of the electrical resistance. The corrosion data were completed with microbiological analyses including cultural and molecular characterizations.  相似文献
